Why is basic listing free?

A listing site is only useful if it's complete. Free listings keep every Waseca property on the Ledger, and paid options help the ones that want more attention.

Do you take a commission?

No. Inquiries go directly to the owner or broker. The Ledger never takes part in the deal.

My building is listed and I didn't add it. Why?

We list publicly marketed Waseca properties so the Ledger is complete. You can claim it free to make edits, or ask us to remove it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans are month to month. Your free listing stays up if you cancel.
